Terms of Service
Effective date: August 20, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Sahara Technologies, Inc. (“Sahara”, “we”, “us”). By using Sahara, you agree to them.
What Sahara does
Sahara helps you describe something you want to get done and arranges it with an independent third-party business. Sahara is not the provider of the underlying service. The business performs the service and is responsible for it.
Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to create an account. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Bookings
- You approve each booking before we send it to a business.
- A booking is only confirmed when the business’s system accepts it. If it is not accepted, we will tell you plainly and nothing is booked.
- Prices, availability, cancellation windows, no-show rules, and payment are set by the business, not by Sahara.
- Changes and cancellations are subject to the business’s own policies.
Business accounts
If you connect a business, you confirm you are authorized to act for it and to connect its systems. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you publish, for honoring bookings accepted through your systems, and for your own compliance obligations.
Acceptable use
Do not use Sahara to break the law, submit false or fraudulent requests, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or overload our systems, or infringe anyone’s rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.
Availability
Sahara is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change and availability depends on the businesses and systems connected at a given time. We do not guarantee that a request can be fulfilled.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, timing, or outcome of services performed by a business.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sahara will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 100.
Intellectual property
Sahara and its content, branding, and software are owned by Sahara Technologies, Inc. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service as intended.
Termination
You may stop using Sahara at any time. We may suspend or end access if you breach these terms or if we discontinue the service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located there.
